East way to make video going top to bottom?

I want to make video filmed from web just going from top to bottom and maybe adding some texts or image,I NEVER usd any video editing software so im completely clueless,anyone could suggest me simple noob friendly soft that would be enough for this.thanks!

There are many video editing tools but as you have not used any in past, So it's better for you to learn some basic video editing tool on youtube then try it yourself.

Here's how I do it. I take a high definition screenshot of the whole page using Firefox built-in abilities. Then I import the image into Vegas (or any video editor) and scroll it from top to bottom. You can add images and texts in your editor.

The benefit is that the image doesn't lose quality during capture (PNG) and it is easier for slow computers to take a screenshot than capturing video.

Firefox screenshot: Press Shift+F2. Type screenshot --fullpage and press enter. It will capture the whole page, even beyond the screen.
If you need to increase the resolution to HD: Press Ctrl+Shift+M to change the resolution. I choose 1920x900 or 1280x720.

Can't you do this in photoshop using timeline and offset filter? Windows movie maker might even have a function like that. If you aren't sure, take some basic video editing tutorials in the software you are using. That's a basic technique used for things like credits so you should run into it early on.
