Easiest way to get high PR backlinks?

What is the easiest way to get high pr backlinks for free.

If it requires software, then what software do I need? I already have scrapebox.

I'm new to IM, and still trying to rank my first site

High PR Backlinks you can get easy from forum profile/signatures.

Do it by Hand or use xRumer, but don't build to much, about 50 (with 3 anchor text keywords) per month, are perfect. Always ping them or submit to RSS Agregator.

If you looking for onpage PR backlink than scapebox.
If from PR domains than something like senuke or xrumer or cheaper version that create profile backlinks.

Getting links to your site on high PR pages is hard. The only two good ways that you can use regularly without having to buy them are:

1) put some links to your site on a page of web20 property, like squidoo, google knol, quizilla, etc, then blast those pages with thousands of spam links from scrapebox or other similar products

or

2) find high pr do follow blog posts to comment on using scrapebox. obviously only one out of every couple thousand blog posts are both high pr and do follow but they do exist
