Easiest way to create youtube videos?

What's the simpliest way to create a small video to promote a site? I know there are soem programs where it just plays pictures or something right? I could save images from google and put into a video. I could also use camtasia to do that and watermark my site or something. Then i'd have to get youtube accts and upload to each one and edit description etc right?
