Easiest way to create own Twitter accounts?

Does anyone know of a way I can create mass amounts of Twitter accounts cheap? (like 1000+ perhaps to begin with). I am not looking to buy Twitter accounts because they cost $15 per 100.

Can anyone recommend a way to create Twitter accounts? I don't need profiles, pics or anything. All I need is a username, pass and an e-mail address attached to it so it will actually let me post.

I checked the thread, downloaded the bot and discovered it was defunct (accounts do not work and I think you need a valid e-mail address now for Twitter before they let you post).

So, I am still looking for a program or bot that can actually create Twitter accouts! I think I have the proxies covered here: http://www.pxylst.info/list -- now I just need a program that can create Twitter accounts fast and perhaps a program that can create hotmail/yahoo accounts fast.

Does anyone know of any information?
