Easiest way to convert feeds from xml to rss?

Hey folks,

Are there any online converters that work well?

I have WP Robot, WP -O- Matic and Feedwordpress, but I notice any feeds i enter with .xml all come out crappy:(

Can't you try to import the feed into Google Reader, and from there export to rss? Or try Yahoo Pipes
