Easiest CPM networks/programs to get accepted

As stated in the title, I am looking for the easiest CPM networks to get accepted into for a website with 10-60k unique visitors a month. My traffic seems to be relatively untargeted so I am looking for any pay per impression / view ad opportunities that may be available. Any suggestions?
