Easiest city when dealing with customs

Hey does anyone know which city is the easiest to move packages through customs? I'm in LA and I've heard it's the hardest out here though I've never had any problems....heard NY's is pretty easy but wanna see what anyone else here with more experience has to say.

Okay cool. So near the border basically.

I was thinking of getting packages shipped to MI, would that go through Cincy?
