Basically i have a product to sell to FB users.

Im told there is software to 'scrape' user IDs of FB users. Something extractor or something? Is this availiable, if so, where and at what cost?

Also, once you have the IDs of users you wish to target, where do you place the IDs in regards to FB advertising?

Sorry for the newbie question. Im pretty basic here.

use the program ocommunitysuite,with that one you can extract users from any page,group etc.You can save and load back the user data,invite them to pages,groups,message them etc..google the program.It is not free,but you can try out for free for few days
 
Try FBLeadchef from downloads section. Scrape IDs from it & use custom audience feature to run ads.

Yeah, can try it for free but afterwards need to fork out 200 bucks to get the Maximum option which gives us the most functionality compared with the Ultimate, Communicator & Personal.
