Easiest and beginner friendly way to make mobile proxy?

Hello, I want to make mobile proxy from my sim card. I want that proxy be active 24/7 and be able to reset ip on link.

What's easiest way to make that?

Building our own proxy system sounds good. I did some research about it on the internet. It's not a very long job but I don't know if it's worth it for a single line

use a 4G LTE USB dongle with a Raspberry Pi or mini PC, set it up with proxy management software, and control IP resets via SMS or API through a simple script or dashboard.
 
I made a basic mobile proxy using an old phone, a data SIM, and USB tethering to my PC. Then I used 4G switching apps to change IPs. It’s not too hard once you try it, and works fine for small tasks.

For hobby project, sure. But if you intend to use it for serious jobs, then I'd stick with what providers are selling.
