Offer a service to sell an item or service on Facebook or craigslist...meet the guy at a public place. Get out of the car and ask him for the money. If he is dumb enough to give it to you...tell him you are walking back to the car to get the item and you will be right back. Drive away. Poor bastard. He was chasing me on foot as I sped away in my blue truck. Rinse. Repeat.
