Spend some time playing around fb.. add friends.. a lot of friends.. socialize.. learn how to create those pages.. apps.. ppc.. etc. Fb is just a channel to promote your product or services.. its not a bank. Just play around.. from there you'll realize how. Just "learn" and work "on your own".. hands on.
