Hey everyone, I’m planning to grow my Instagram account by posting Reels featuring streamers’ big wins so these videos show up in the “For You” feed, and I’ll include my referral link for signing up at the casino to earn commissions. So, what do you think about this? Is it possible to make money this way? And what’s the best way to do this? To be honest, I’ve already tried this—I created an Instagram account, but it got banned after just a day. In that day, I managed to post 12 videos that got 30–45 views, 7 people followed me, and I followed 700 people. The referral link was only in the bio. Maybe they banned me for following too many people at once—I don’t know. So, what do you think about promoting my Instagram account and advertising my referral link? Share your thoughts. Or maybe you could suggest some other ways to promote my referral link so that people will sign up through it and play?

Your approach won't work.
Let me explain exactly why it won't work by breaking it down into several points:
1. You intend to use "free traffic" to drive customers to your affiliate links. However, generating free traffic requires a significant amount of time and effort; furthermore, you run a high risk of facing platform scrutiny—or even having your account banned.
2. The act of proactively adding or contacting strangers is prohibited on virtually every platform—especially if you are doing so on a large scale.
3. If you insist on relying on free traffic, you will need to invest ample time to experiment with and determine the platform's specific boundaries. If you already possess experience in this area, you might succeed in accumulating some free traffic. However—even once you have successfully built up that traffic—converting it into actual commission earnings remains an extremely difficult hurdle to clear. This is because the quality of most free traffic sources is relatively low and simply isn't robust enough to sustain a viable commission conversion rate.
4. Therefore, the fastest and most effective method available right now is typically through paid advertising—not free traffic. The only exception where free traffic might be viable is if you already possess an existing pool of traffic and are merely using it to test conversion rates; it is generally not a viable strategy if you are starting from scratch and attempting to build up free traffic from zero.

You get benefits from that platform just for the signup with your ref link/code?

I mean , is not required to make a deposit first?

No, I only earn a percentage of the money lost.

Hey bro don't forget casino referral stuff is straight up illegal in tons of places. Where you even trying to earn like that? Better check your local laws first unless you want headaches
Yeah, I get all that, of course. I may be a fool, but I'm not that stupid:)

You can earn a lot of money through this, but besides building your account and making many friends, this can lead to your account being locked immediately. If you want to develop an account, you need time to build a stable account with natural and consistent interaction so that your account can be maintained long-term and earn more money for various purposes.

Yeah, I get it, but what’s the best way to do this? I was thinking of posting videos and following other users to boost activity on my account, and I’m wondering what’s the best way to include a referral link. I was thinking of just putting it in my bio, but is that really the best way?

It can work, but you got banned for being too aggressive.
  • Don’t mass follow (700/day = red flag)
  • Warm up accounts + post consistently
  • Focus on good edits + hooks, not spam
  • Use a landing page, not direct link
  • Scale slowly (or use aged accounts)
Build content first, monetize after.
