Note that it's against Adsense TOS displaying Adsense banners on sites providing free copyrighted material.

Best case scenario: Google disable your ads on that site, warning you not to do it again.

Worst case scenario: you'll get nailed by the ban hammer.

My blog doesn't contain any copyrighted material. It contains 3 lines of text.
 
Use some clickjacking/like jacking and you'll be fine. As others have said, using adsense on such blog is very risky.

Just use your imagination and crank an "out of the box" idea :)
