Earn with payed per free signup

Hi everyone! I make same research, but I don't found what I looking for.. I'm interested to same pay per free signup. The website that I've found obligate me to make same sell ( for example adultfriendfinder want that every 25 free signup at least 1 people make a purchase. If not they ban you). So I looking for an affiliate program that don't ban me if buyer don't buy. Sameone can help me?

If you get lots of sign ups and no converting, you will be banned.
IF advertiser doesnt earn=> affiliate doesnt earn. Its how it goes. How do you expect to be payed if they dont earn?
Otherwise everyone could just buy proxies and sign up themselves.

I think I agree with you, but it mustn't necessarily result to banning someone from the program. They can give more time or something, maybe those who sign up might later buy something and maybe by that time you are banned...so how do you now get paid, I believe there are other flexible programs out there. Like some that have been shared here.

Some may also switch you to revenue share.
