You're much better off writing for Hubpages. At least you can expect $3.00 eCPM's.

.02 cents a visitor? I bet that site doesn't even get that before giving you a cut.
 
ok i got some earning out of it, its working, but i have another question....
To get the number of visitors to my article is it like one must register to the site and view that article? or it will work on offline mode to get the earning, as i have shared the article to my friends on Facebook and they are viewing the article on Offline mode(without registering to the website)...we'll i get paid in that way?

Dude nobody can get paid 2 cents / view. It's not technically possible, unless OP is cresus and just giving away money. You might get paid cause you're the first and he needs someone to provide a proof of payment, but this is not a long term thing you shoudl think of.

That's like $20 CPM, so just think about how he can make that money back:
Adsense : Okay maybe $1 or 2 CPM with your visitors. Still $18 deficit per mil.
Organic traffic : He might double the UV, another $2/CPM, still 16$ deficit per mil. And to be ranked he would need 100% original articles (until proof of the contrary, he doesn't check for stolen article) and some onsite SEO which he doesnt have.

Add all this to the fact he can't spell words right and the site looks like shit... I wouldn't even bother registering.

It was just a test i was doing and i don't really think this is gonna work for long time earning method, just to keep update to all the people around that not to hang up with this method for longer period of time.Still the website doesn't even shows how many visitors i got on that particular article that is completely insane, no proper designing and the site is incomplete with the functionality, why did he launched this site for what reason he only know.No one have patience these days to earn money faster lol....
