When can I request payment?
You may request payment by Paypal after you have earned 20.00. You may cash out for various gift cards from time to time. You must have been a member for at least 45 days before you cash out.

You better make your friends sign up thru your cpa link with fiverr offer and you will earn 15$ not 7$ or you can promote it around the web and make some cash.

i think it's actually $7 what you're getting back if and when you're getting it back, not sure how trusted this reward program is, but yea, you need to wait 45 days and you need to make another $13 with the reward program to be able to cash out lol

tl;dr it doesn't worth the hassle, although the worst thing that could happen, that you spend $5 on a fiverr gig what you aren't getting back
