eager indexing

I am currently using onehourindexing . But the indexing doesn't seem to work at all. It's been about 2 weeks and even 10% is not indexed.
How should I configure indexing now? Would it work to create and publish a site here on sites.google.com and post the backlink url?

I have a similar problem...
I connect about 40 backlinks and Google dont index it. Even i have backlinks with my own pages and reciprocal and search console dont take it!

Have you tried force indexing with tier 2 links? You can also look for indexing services here in the Marketplace and see their reviews
