Your account might be shadowbanned Or something bro. Try to use a different account on a different IP address

Your sub could be seen as a spam one after review or you are making the sub with a very new reddit account. Both can cause this issue
Lastly, don't use banned domains on sub or on your profile because that might cause that too.

i think rotating 4G proxies would be better than residential?
I always use residential and experience little to no issues

Bad account or you're posting flagged content on the sub right after creating it. Even if you post the content with accounts that aren't related to the subreddit in any way, a new subreddit can still be banned for this.

Your Karma Doesn't matter now. It's your Account that has been flagged by the automatic spam prevention reddit bot.
