EA has one the worst supports I've ever been with. I never had setup a EA game easily, always had issues, with all battlefield games, and whenever I would go to support, I would wait 20 mins (Because I start talking with a levle 1 guy, he transfers me to level 2, level 2 transfers again etc).
EA has dropped in quality a lot imho.

I remember seeing this on reddit, someone wanted a refund for SimCity as it didn't work. And I just wanted to get that game this month... :|
