Hey,

I need a advice/recommendation of service/programm that would send one marketing e-mail to cca 10,000 potential customers (my local firms),thx

You must have to use email marketing tools for getting better results in sending mails automatically. Best marketing tools are

You can try mandrillapp with your own sending software. They provide 2K email sending for free.

You can also use Getresponse, I like this one a lot...

Anyone know the best way of aquiring an email list for a taxi/limousine business?
Also before you email them do you need permission for marketing purposes or something like that, I always see forms with emails then at the bottom it says "I consent to receive marketing etc"

You do not need consent to email businesses in the USA. You just got to follow the can-spam act, insert address into footer, do not use a deceptive subject line, automated means for them to be removed from list, etc etc...

You DO need consent to email consumers in the USA.
