I'm really sorry for the stupid question but I couldn't find in the search what I'm looking for.

Which CPA sites and what company/advertiser offers a CPA for an e-mail or zip code submit for a Free "x" product. These look the easiest to convert because there is no payment needed just information.

Yeah, I know, sorry. It came out in a different format than how I copy pasted it and there turned out to be a lot more than I thought. What was/is MaxBounty in trouble for? I haven't heard anything about that.

For me, i have big trouble with getting into that network I was denied few days ago, have no idea why, the site i showed them is getting nice traffic, i am member of WSM and few other CPA companies but Maxbounty still does not like me

No one is paying for zip codes. They are expecting a certain percentage of the traffic to make a purchase at some point in the offer path. If your traffic is not buying anything they will start shaving or have you banned from the offer.

Is there any better place to look for CPA offers other than Offervault? I visited a site once which is way better than offervault, but I don't remember the site address!

Peerfly has plenty of good email/zip offers and it is easy enough to apply

There are a lot of companies who will pay you for a sign up submit
One example is Prime Partners
They are an Affiliate program for online light gambling brands which are very easy to convert.
They have different payments methods and one of them is pay per registration (CPL )
They are soon to launch their new version of the affiliate program

It was awhile ago when facebook was cracking down on everyone heard they were getting sued and what not, I been gone out the scene for a bit so might be all good now

I have some success promoting e-mail submits offer without scrub, some networks are offering that

How about getting paid for surveys submitted through your email campaign?

Actually I was reading about a twist in CL listings where you get people to fill out surveys and you get paid for it!
Is there any company that pays well for that other than surveyscout?
