E-Mail Software

I am looking for a good email software that is free and simple to use

I will be using this for my office only to send out greetings, specials and newsletters to keep in touch with my clients.

I would prefer one that does not add everyones email on the same list to protect the clients privacy.

I will only be using this a few times a month at most.

If you have a linux server, try PHPlist. It has worked very well for me.
