E-mail reputation repair needed

Looking for someone to help improve a white hat website's email sending reputation (emails sent from a domain email via GSuite). I'm willing to pay per-project (i.e. $50 - $100 per site) or hourly (i.e. $15-$20/hour), depending on the project and how it's carried out.

So the emails are in GSuite and they don't have reputation?
Did you migrate from another email supplier to GSuite?
