I am a Nooby around here, and just needed some direction on a few things.
1. Where is the best place to purchase E-mail lists and Mobile numbers (Are you even allowed to purchase mobile numbers)?
2. Are there any public lists out there that could perhaps aide me in my efforts to build on my current list?
3. What software tools or 3rd party site should I use to facilitate bulk sms and E-mail?
4. It is important that my lists and Mobile numbers whether they are public and free, or purchased, be localized (EX: I am looking for certain cities).
