One of my clients is interested in getting an e-mail campaign going. Any tips on finding targeted lists? I'm looking for a geographically targeted list.

I have found that using google to get targeted lists is a great way to go

xenix9's lead gen is a great product/service, however in case you need an email scraper at some point, try this free tool: http://www.bottopia.com/software/email-scraper-wizard/
For better results, you need good private proxies and set the multi-threading to 200 (max), and leave that for few hours. I have used this and it's a good tool.
