I've got huge email datebase from some company (customers), and I am wondering if I can legaly send them email with clickbank offer via Amazon Simple Email Service (Amazon SES).

Amazon SES absolutely hates anything related to "making money". Other than that you'll be in the clear as long as you're abiding by the SPAM laws in your country, including your info in the footer, and whatnot.

It is down to inrividual campaign some companies allow you email and others don't. If you look at any campaign there you can find clear description what is allowed and what's not.

If they haven't opted to receive email from you, it would be considered spam. I'm not a lawyer, though.

I would like to hear opinion from people who already did such campaign.
The e-mail list is international, but 95% is U.S.
Are there better services than amazon in similar price?
This datebase is very targeted to certain niche, because all of the emails are from customers so I think it might work.

I got a list of 3000 + addresses and they are home owners or contractors, middle aged group. they are real people not a single fake accounts. a All in one particular city or places near that. What kind of products should I use this list for ? any suggestions?
