E-mail list suggestions

Hi everyone, I currently have a list of aprox. 1 million italian people that comprehends their first name, last name, email, phone number, date of birth, gender and location and another list of only email addresses (aprox another 700k).

Both lists are clean and have never been spammed to since they have been extracted from a local italian database.

I was thinking of setting up a shopify generic dropshipping store and send promotional emails to try and monetize it.
I also successfully sold some contacts to call centers at 0.30$ per contact but I'd like some suggestions as to what would be the best way to monetize these lists.

Try dating/sweepstakes. Try segmentating the list by collecting emails if people who click certain links in your emails.
However, targeted niche involved lists are generally much more of a value

Hi, you can try to segment and send cold emails in order to check which users are interested. Excuse my bad English but I'm Italian too. May I know how did you find the call center to which you sold the contacts?
