e-mail generator programmer+data colector

i need someone who has or who can create me an e-mail generator,with my own domain name after {at}
dont ask why,just answer here if you are interested..
Also,you can send me a link if there is software already which can generate mails with the domain you choose.
This shouldnt be a problem to program,its simple function,but still,i need someone to do it...

also,i need someone to make software that can colect data from a certain site,and then make it usable for this program for generating mails...
For example, i have a web site where there are many categorized names of people,and I want this software to "capture" all the words,and combine this words with {at} and a domain name
