E-mail account was blocked

Hey guys, I have a question I was unable to solve with a Google search.
I sent out a few hundred e-mails with my live account and I got temporarily blocked, I unblocked my account and found no e-mails. Does this mean I wasn't receiving e-mails during the block or I simply was not e-mailed? Thanks!
