E-liquid & vapes for ebay.

Hey everyone,

So I've been selling mods, tanks, and accessories on ebay with no issues. I even called and made sure it was compliant with their rules and they said it was..Now I'm wondering what the situation with e-liquid is.

e-liquid contains nicotine in varying milligram of strength. I've seen several power sellers selling major brands and off brand e-liquids WITH the option to select nicotine strength. 1000's of bottles so and tons of feedback - how are they not getting banned? As far as I can tell e-liquid is in violation of their policies yet so many established accounts are selling it..

Is there some loophole or process of approval I don't know about? Their customer service has been giving me mixed answers and I feel like most don't understand what the product even is.

Mmm maybe try messaging the guys who are currently selling it and offer them like $30 just for their feedback.

Or pretend to be a customer and say you're interested in buying e-liqud but it looks like it violates ebay TOS.
