How are domain names beginning with "e" or "i" before you keyword, such as: iGame, or eViagra? I bought a couple domains that have the exact keyword I want but they start with "e". Does Google give these domains any added weight?

Absolutely and they are also have keyword density at a higher percentage. Now you need relevant content, some PR, age them and you'll have a nice pie to present to grandma. :)

There are many other stop words you can use that google will just ignore besides "i" and "e".

I could not agree more with this. I bought a domain 101.com and built a website over it. Sold it for $250 on Flippa in 3 months.
