Yes SEO need time to see the results but these results are useful in long term id you want short terms then you can go with the paid Shopping ads on Google and Facebook Shop

Here is my suggestion Start with creating the E-commerce store and create the Social Media Pages and start the posting regularly on these pages for getting some relevent engaggement and follower,
For SEO, You can set a monthly budget to do work by an expert, or if you can learn SEO then, you can do it by Yourself. But SEO will take approximation 7-8 Months to get the desired results it may varies due to some factors.
After 3-4 Months on the Regular posting and ongoing SEO Management you can give try to the Shopping paid ads as it needs the ongoing monitoring and optimization, My recommendation will be to get this by an expert.
Plus, You can also try Email marketing, this will help you for attracting the users,

Dropshipping has been around since the early 2000s. There are plenty of brands that are doing it successfully. If you want to make money by using a default theme, same products that everyone else sells, no brand voice and give up after a month...then yes, that's dead. In contrast, if you build an actual brand then dropshipping is just a function of that brand. It's a wheel on the car, not the car itself.

I started selling in Shopify but I have a problem with payment method, stripe doesn't accept my country so I need a bank in USA to link it with stripe so that way I can transfer money to my bank account.
Is there anyway to do that??
