Hello guys.

I've one question for E-commerce website expert:

Usually I try to add 1 unique description by product like site the website look more "Legit" and I usually add 1 one landing page to each categorie, that's mean 300-400words on the page.

I plan to build a lot of website for 2017, do you think I can forget my unqiue description for each product and only put some 300-500words content for categories/main page etc...

I'm not sure the extra work of unique description for each product worth something for google, I rarely see any product rank alone... But I will stick with at least unique title, I'm sure it helps for SEO and keywords.

What is your opinion about it?

What do you mean by unique description for each product? I propose using words that your target audience uses to make descriptions for your products and create landing pages for all keywords that you want to be found on. So you'd do both, putting descriptions in your products and writing amazing contents in your categories/pages.

While it may not be a major ranking factor, I believe it`s the best practice to write unique meta descriptions just as they may be used in search results snippets. You may not benefit from it significantly rankings-wise, still this can make your page in the SERPs look more appealing.
