Hello guys,

I'm trying to learn how to rank my own money site. I'm in the video game gold selling niche so it's entirely powered by blackhat seo. Currently I have an aged domain and have ordered the AuraRank platinum package for link diversity. Recently I have been creating unique article in my blog section targeting long tail keywords. I also have invested a little money in my own PBN by purchasing domains from Nargil. So far I have not really seen the results I'm looking for. My questions for everyone

1. now that I have the preliminary links built to the site what should I focus on?
2. given that the top ranking sites are all thin on content how are they ranking so well?
3. Should I be building pbn links to each of my articles? So far i've basically used my pbn links to the root domain

Note: I don't mind ranking for 6 months or so and repeating the process. Let me know your thoughts. Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Since you're in blackhat niche, guest posting is out of question. You'd need more PBN links.

2. given that the top ranking sites are all thin on content how are they ranking so well?

The answer to that question depends on a lot of factor and without knowing your competitor's url., it's impossible to give you clear answer.

3. Should I be building pbn links to each of my articles? So far i've basically used my pbn links to the root domain

You're building PBN links to the homepage which is pretty good but are you passing all those link-juice to those articles/posts from your homepage without any leakage? This is where SILO structure comes in. Organize your site's navigation in SILO and you'll most probably see some positive changes on your SERP.

Last but not least, are those thin sites loading much faster than yours? What about SSL?

SEO is not just PBN and diversified backlinks. There's more to it and you gotta find and fix everything to get the rankings you desire.

Hi, thank you for taking the time to respond to my questions. As for increasing the total amount of PBN links, for short term rankings (6 month -1 year) is drip feed blasting the site the best option? If I PM you my website and a competitor website would you be able to identify if I'm on the right track?

The page I want to rank my keywords for is the home page. Right now I'm building the articles just to rank for more long tail (I believe you can target a wider range of keywords using the articles). If I send PBN links to these articles I presume it will have positive effect for my homepage?

I checked the market leader's Pagespeed tool result and it is very similar to mine.

I appreciate the advice you have provided so far.

Sure. Feel free to PM your site, competitor's url and your main keyword. I've seen several members say that their site is good and perfectly optimised and everything and when I take a look., the site is 0% capable of ranking with poor on-site SEO, improper navigation which leads to poor user experience, tons of 404's, unoptimised images, etc.., I've personally analysed such sites for minimum 50+ members. It's not their mistake but just the lack of knowledge and I've taught them how to do it right.

I'll SpoonFeed you the right way to rank for your keyword.

As for your last question., Little drops make the mighty ocean and hence sending PBN links to the articles will definitely boost the homepage's authority but only if the article/post is optimised to pass the link-juice to the homepage.

Haha, my site is far from good and optimized. I need as much SpoonFeeding as the BHW forum will allow. Thanks again!
