e-commerce / need advices

Yes, establishing a brand in your local with a physical store is the better idea when your target audience are not ready for the online purchase.
You are absolutely right! The biggest problem I faced after starting the business is that people don't trust online stores. There are many unscrupulous Facebook marketplaces out there. (pretend online stores)

I am trying to fight this general problem as well and I wrote a big email to several non-governmental and business support organizations, but no one paid attention to me.

Now I fight this problem with my own methods and try to write blogs on my ecommerce website on the topic of "trust", and then advertise these blogs in Facebook ads.

They will trust once your brand is established. Try local news paper ads or TV ads.

1. I use this method when I run ads in ads manager. I try to present interesting products.
2. I use local suppliers, who are N1 in quality in my country.
3. I use very high-quality photos, and unlike other sites, in the description of each product on my site you can read why this product is special, for whom it is intended and what special features it has.
4. I cooperate with an influencer. Whenever I start a marketing campaign, I promote with influencer video.
5. Everything here is really 10/10. I have a friendly attitude and everything is within the law! I have a 14 day return policy and the fastest shipping.
6. Believe me, at this point I devote 90% of my life to this business. I monitor every day and think of something new every day to improve even by 0.1%

Thanks u for your answer my friend. I appreciate it!

P.S. NEWS:
3 days ago, I started a new marketing campaign: Become an influencer on [my site] and earn money.
The program will consider the tasks where the video should be taken
about this campaign and introduced it to people. Also, if any of the participants in the program will sell the product from my site, he will get a percentage from it.
It's about affiliate marketing...

(Sorry if I wrote something wrong grammatically)

1. Offer competitive prices. Customers are more likely to purchase from your website if your prices are competitive with other online retailers.
2. Promote your website through social media and other marketing channels. Let people know about your website and your products through social media, email marketing, and other marketing channels.
3. Offer discounts and promotions on a regular basis. This can help to attract new customers and encourage existing customers to make repeat purchases.
4. Partner with other businesses in your area. This can help to cross-promote your products and services and reach a wider audience.

Thanks for the reply.
What do you mean by partnering with other businesses? Sounds interesting, but can you share your vision better?

As for discounts, mine
The point of view is that I would rather put a low price on the product, than attract people with discounts.

In my opinion, constant discounts may reflect badly on the prestige of the brand.
(psychologically: when you have constant discounts, people will only buy from you, when they have a little money. And when they have a lot of money, they will shop elsewhere.)

Also, when you announce a -70% discount on, for example, a TV, you are hurting those customers who bought that TV from your store without a discount. (2 days ago or 1 week ago)
And also this gesture means that, this TV is not that valuable (plus everyone will know about your big margin)

Hello friends,
im from Georgia (tbilisi)
I'd like to share my story with you and hear your thoughts...
The topic is about e-commerce.

A few months ago, I independently created a project. I fulfilled my dream and now have a ecommerce website where all types of household appliances are sold locally.

I have a very fast delivery service. (I delivered the last order in a maximum of 3 hours). The site has a beautiful design and a loyalty program (point accumulation).
I only sell high-quality products, which come with at least a 2-year warranty. (I want the customer to receive the best quality and not a low-quality item that will break in 2 weeks)...

To cut a long story short, I'm very depressed about the fact that there are no sales.
Only 3 products have been sold. I run ads very frequently in the ads manager. money is being spent, but there are no orders.
My service is really 10/10. In my opinion, I have everything set up properly, but the store is frozen.

A week ago, I started posting interesting videos on TikTok with voiceovers. They are short story-style videos about tech news (like "Which was the first laptop?" etc.).
I want to attract and befriend people with this.

I don't know, I'm really very depressed about this fact and maybe you could write me some advice. What can I do, what should I change, how should I act...
Nice to see another Georgian in this website! Welcome to BHW forums man! :D

Can you tell me which website you source your products from? I also want to start but don't have a supplier yet. Thank you!

The issue is you are not looking for what the customer needs, for example our business has 700 products that ppl don't need but they buy alot at least 50 orders per day
