Hello friends,
im from Georgia (tbilisi)
I'd like to share my story with you and hear your thoughts...
The topic is about e-commerce.

A few months ago, I independently created a project. I fulfilled my dream and now have a ecommerce website where all types of household appliances are sold locally.

I have a very fast delivery service. (I delivered the last order in a maximum of 3 hours). The site has a beautiful design and a loyalty program (point accumulation).
I only sell high-quality products, which come with at least a 2-year warranty. (I want the customer to receive the best quality and not a low-quality item that will break in 2 weeks)...

To cut a long story short, I'm very depressed about the fact that there are no sales.
Only 3 products have been sold. I run ads very frequently in the ads manager. money is being spent, but there are no orders.
My service is really 10/10. In my opinion, I have everything set up properly, but the store is frozen.

A week ago, I started posting interesting videos on TikTok with voiceovers. They are short story-style videos about tech news (like "Which was the first laptop?" etc.).
I want to attract and befriend people with this.

I don't know, I'm really very depressed about this fact and maybe you could write me some advice. What can I do, what should I change, how should I act...

My 2 cents would be to keep going man, strive for it! You're doing great work and will see that breakthrough with your positivity!

Try telling people around you about the store as well, sometimes, the closer circle can bring you good sales

Thank you guyssss!!!
appreciate your positive comments. I believe 10000% that this project will succeed!
I am in such a mental state that if I give up now, I will give up so easily in the future.
I had absolutely zero experience in this bussines, and came here independently. But, sometimes you just need motivation like fuel to fill you up

Are you running Facebook ads? If so I would suggest doing search ads in Google or whatever search engine is commonly used in your country. This way, you can target people in a certain radius that are searching keywords related to your services. Hope that makes sense and good luck

Yes, Google search is popular in my country, but Google ads are very expensive :( Literally worth twice as much. I don't know what the result will be and I can't risk it, but it's better to risk it!
Thanks you my friend

Maybe you should try to switch to COD
I work as B2B dealer. Since my business is new and there are no sales, my working capital is very low. $

Also, the delivery service I use (which I have a contract with) does not have a COD service...

By default, I can have COD service on items up to $300, but what does that change? Why do you think it's good?

(thanks for your reply)

Mainly cause I think customers won't have to fill out their CC info and just simply buy the products, which will improve the conversion rate

Yes it is expensive because it is higher quality traffic with buyers intent. Use exact match keywords to control your budget to only target searchs with strong intent. for example, if you're selling appliances, you might want to target very specific keywords like [appliance delivery], [washing machine for sale], [new washing machine], etc etc, or whatever the equivalent would be in your local language. It takes some testing and optimizing to see which keywords have the best return. Then you get retarget with fb ads or display ads.

Thank you my friend. you are best!!

I tried not to run Facebook ads in August (but I rarely run campaigns anyway) August is so dead, because of the holiday season.

Tomorrow I will learn how to run Google ads and I will definitely try.. What time campaign do you recommend? 2 days, 1 week, 1 month...?

(thanks again, for helping)

You are already in the road of success
Deep down I believe that! but agree with me that sometimes you need motivation to take another step.

I will achieve my goal at any cost, that's the truth, I'm just very tired and low on energy right now..

Thanks you for your kind words mate. love u

Make sense!
Mostly, the buyers of refrigerators, washing machines and similar categories, are women, aged 50-55 and they dont know how to register and place an order. :weep:

But the conversations doesnt go to the point that "I cant register and thats why I cant buy".
If I had known that this was really a problem, I would have taken care of it.
But, Very good advice, fr! thanks a lot mate..

sorry for late answer. i tried to link tiktok profile, but it needs moderation. weird

Do you have physical store? Or shipping from your own warehouse?
No my friend. I am a B2B dealer and I use the warehouse of partner companies.

It would be really nice to have a physical store, even without tech.
just empty solid room, only a consultant girl, with tablet or laptop, who will help you to select product and make an order.

Yes, establishing a brand in your local with a physical store is the better idea when your target audience are not ready for the online purchase.
