E Cigs A Good Starting Place?

Hey all,

I'm trying to test out affiliate income and am curious of what your thoughts are for being an affiliate for E Cigarettes.

Do search engines and ad networks disallow this type of content because of the potential relation to tobacco?

If not, what do you think is the best niche or most beginner friendly affiliate product is?

Given that it related to tobacco it is a bit tricky. As you will face difficulty creating sales funnel through Facebook, Twitter etc. But I have seen people make money out of it.

I was one of first to promote e-cigs before they were mainstream, did pretty well back in 2008 as no retail outlets carried them, but now, every Tom, Dick and Harry smoke shop sells them, plus the internet is overloaded, so I would not waste my time now, everyone knows e-cigs exist, and the industry has been under attack for years by tobacco lobyists, so I expect more regulations. Don't waste your time.

be careful because Facebook and Twitter and other site generally frown upon tobacco ads and posts.
However, it definitely can be profitable. I think it has a bigger potential offline than online though.
