E-cig Merchant Account providers?

I need a Merchant Account able to process e-cig payments and other high risk items in the Medical Marijuana niche. I see thousands of sites accepting payments daily, I know there has to be someone that knows the best option. I spent hours searching the forum and contacting people. Most of these new "Merchant Account" providers are complete BS.. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Site makes 30-50k a month
Avg ticket is $100
Refund rate under 3%
I have never had a merchant account before, although I can show PayPal history.
