Well I have an idea which is completely different, yet similar in many ways and I have some questions.

Accepting payments without registering a business.
I am providing something trivial for a fee. Anything to look out for?

Transaction amounts will be large, small volume of transactions.

Why don't you register a business if you're going to get big payment?

Form a LLC with a bank account in Delaware, it will cost you less than $1500

If you are getting large transactions, why are you worried so much about not registering it?

I am bootstrapping. Don't have the cash to register the business right at this moment. What if I took a crowdsourcing approach...?

Dude if you don't believe in your ideas, nobody will.

When someone believe in an idea, $1500 is not what will stop him. Pitch your friends, your family, acquaintance and get that money.
