MY home country is declined as I am banned from normal activities just wondered if this is linked and they are bias ?

I waz instantly accepted for all but: ebay it, ebay es, and ebay in. Since yesterday I've received emails welcoming me to es and it and in still says under review, but I'm assuming I'll get accepted there too.

ES is active for me and another one forgot Italy I think.
