Dynamic Random Sencense - Is that good for SEO?

Here is my situation. I have a printing website that offers about 30 products. On every product page I have a line like "We also offer ..." and all the other 29 products, that are linked to the service page.

Every time I add a products I have to go page by page to add it on every one.

So here is the idea... all those 30 products will be loaded from a php array, but I want to load them in random order very time we load the page so it doesn't repeat the same on every page.

Here is the question.

Is that good for SEO to have random generated code sentence and liked to the product page?
Is that considered black hat SEO? ))

If the random code is generatod on each page load, I don't think it's good for SEO. It might be better if you stored the random order in some way so that order doesn't change every time Google visits your site. I don't think it matters that much, though. And no, that's not what Black Hat SEO is all about.

I think after reading your comment I came up with another idea. Maybe just have them randomly sorted on every page, but keep the same order on the same page every time.

Probably add a number to each script...

Good that you commented about "It's not good for SEO" as I was really concerned about it. With this I want to improve, not make it worst...
