dynamic pages based off search engine keyword

hiya folks -- is there a way to make a dynamic post/page in wordpress based off of the keyword or search engine result?

meaning -- you search google for (yeast infection) and my site http://www.site.com is a result in google. You click on my site, but the keyword is NOT really there and WORDPRESS builds a blog page or post based on the result.

Anyone know of such a plugin/ or what the heck would you even call this? is there a proper term - so i can search for it?

reason i ask, one domain i recently aquired, has 6k of indexed pages in google from the previous owner.. i want to use some of that traffic, but without manually going thru each page and doing it manually..

i attach sample code for simplepie-plugin-for-wordpress/templates/default.tmpl
remember to replace YOUR.DOMAIN with your blog domain ...

and simple search.php i use with my wordpress theme ..

to test out .. http://your.domain/search/keyword

if the keyword is not really on your site then why would you come up in the search result? i know what you are trying to do. its the same thing as the ddl sites but if you dont have the keyword on your site how would you even rank for the keyword?
