Dynamic Oxygen is spam?

i have deposited $100 in Dynamic Oxygen 2 weeks ago and submitted the listing immediately, the listing was pending forever and when i issued support tickets to them (5 tickets in total), still got NO RESPONSE! I don't even know if i can get back my money now...

is anyone out there experienced the same? if there're anyone planning to join Dynamic Oxygen I STRONGLY ADVISE YOU NOT TO.
