Dynamic Meta - Help needed

I'm tasked to add Dynamic Titles and Meta Descriptions for a Website. There are over 3000 rows in an excel sheet and I'm a bit confused.

So far I'm formatting it this way:

Title: (Post title) - (What website offers) | Sitename

Description: Find out more about (Post Title), (Name of Website and it's description)

Does this make sense? Any help would be appreciated.

You can do this using Yoast or Rank math WP plugins, check them out

I don't have access to it. Have to complete it and send it to a client on an excel sheet.
