I have Verizon fios, and they have me set up with a dynamic IP address that seems to be CONSTANTLY changing. I don't even have to turn my router off or do anything different for it to change.
It's making it very difficult and frustrating to keep my proxies authenticated for my bots. Damn near every time I have my boys running for any long amount of time, I come back and all the accounts on proxies start giving me error saying its a proxy problem (407)
So like always, I re authenticate them and wait for them to start working again. Sometimes though it takes so long for them to start working again after re authenticating that my IP changes AGAIN before they even get a chance to re authenticate..

this is is becoming very frustrating. Can somebody point me in the right direction? (How to manually change my IP to static, or a proxy provider that having a dynamic ip wouldn't be a problem)
Thanks

contact your ISP and ask them to provide a static IP based on your needs , or sign up for some VPN services that offer static IP's as well

I think I got the problem fixed... I'll find out soon enough. When I contacted Verizon customer support they said only business accounts could have static IP's... After doing a little research, I think I fixed it manually but I shall see..
