I just came across this - https://www.relakks.com - its an anonymous proxy service, looks like you get a dynamic IP each time you connect.

im not using it myself, but I thought it might be worth it for someone who needs to change IPs quickly and often!

no, it is paid, i use it before. But it is very cheap. And you are not going to get unlimited anonymous ips, i do not know where you got that idea from. It is a virtual private network, i guess you know what does it mean.

Is it... free?
Thats why I asked this,
I currently am using a VPS right now, thats why I want a dymanic IP incase my IP is banned from google, of course I know what it is. I don't speak that language so I asked him... Thanks for showing this though.

You can click on the British flag or on the drop down menu and change it to English. A VPN and a VPS are two completely different things although you can create a VPN with a VPS.

I was under then impression that each time you connect you get a different IP (obviously within their pool of numbers) - ive never used it, and its $5 (or euros probably) / month...
