Dynadot, how to handle then?

Hello everyone,

Long time no see, I m actually the user M1ll10N3r, just using my friend's account since I can't remember my account password..

Well, let me get in the point, I have an website that generates around 3K/month, a good revenue for the work I have to do with it.

This site domain, is at Dynadot, and just expired today... and my site is off-line for 4 days now. Why?

My Dynadot account was hacked, and all my info changed...

I m contacting Dynadot for 3 days, and the last response I got was 10-15 hours ago "Give us a few days to investigate"

What the fuck they have to investigate? I sent then my info, documents, pictures, I can even talk with then using Skype or send then more info, what more they want?

Why in hell I would make a site that's about to expire be off-line for 4 days, if he gives me 3-4k a month!?

Anyone had a similar problem with then? How long they take to resolve this?

I m really thinking in moving some legal actions if they make me lose the Domain, but since I m from another Country, I think it may not worth...

What you guys think? Would really like to hear your opinion.

I want to suggest you for contacting again to Dynadot and mentioned that you can take illegal action against them if you get loss due to their mistake. visit ICANN to know more about overcome such situation.
