That makes no sense why would I take you off the channel cus I’m impatient? I took you off the channel once you stopped the job not even halfway completing it.

I very clearly asked a question ONLY of @dwillglobal. I did not ask for a response from the accused, and I certainly did not give leave for any back and forth or squabbling.

As a result, both parties are on a temporary time out until tomorrow at which time we will issue our verdict. This thread will NOT be re-opened, however @SettingSun77 will let you know what the verdict is and what the end result is.

This thread is locked as the results are that we recommend that @pes7md (the accused) issues a 50% refund to @dwillglobal (the accuser), that being a sum of $70.

We've not been particularly impressed by the conduct by both parties during the dispute but more importantly than that neither side was able to come up with conclusive evidence of the (many) claims they made.

That being said, some services were rendered but not the full, agreed amount of them. As such, we believe this judgement is more than fair to both sides.

Our decision is final. We will now open a three-way DM between the two parties to complete the refund process.

The refund has been issued and confirmed by both members. As such, this dispute is now closed.
