Duplicated courses sellers on eBay?!?!

I was looking to buy a real estate course for my brother in law for Christmas. As I searched the eBay, I came across many duplicated courses. In fact, most of the real estate courses listed on eBay are not authentic!

Anyone knows why eBay isn't taking action against those sellers? Why are they able to sell the fake stuff without getting caught?

Same reason why counterfeit clothing exists on eBay... There's too much of it to ban it all; how is eBay supposed to sort from good and bad?

Well, for one thing, the price is ridiculously low compare to the original price. Secondly, photos of the item doesn't look like the real one. Some seller even offer the "digital download" version of the course!

There are sites, private communities too, where you can find any kind of course, webinars and so on.

Not a big surprise finding some idiots trying to resell them. If it's a gift, just go for the original
