duplicate without user-selected canonical sent to webmaster tools failed

I got duplicate without user-selected canonical on webmaster tools but I only have one page a homepage. I tried changing everything on the site like title header content but when i validation still failed. Any suggestions I could make more pages see if that helps?

add canonical tag to the homepage... but I'm curious, what URLs show up under "duplicate without user-selected canonical on webmaster tools"?

the homepage but there no other pages that the weird thing im going to make a about us page and go from there.

ok so i added it the tag got failure on webmater tools then i removed the tagand it passed site can back now gone again. I am resubmitting.
